Refund Policy

At MSP Webcraft, we strive to deliver premium IT solutions, custom websites, mobile applications, and AI software. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be transparent and fair for both parties, reflecting the custom nature of our digital services.

1. Custom Development Projects

Since our services involve custom engineering, design, and dedicated resource allocation, all upfront deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once development work has commenced.

• If you decide to cancel a project before any actual work or resource allocation has begun, a refund may be issued minus a processing/administrative fee.
• Once a milestone is delivered, approved, and paid for, that payment is final and non-refundable.

2. Maintenance & Retainer Services

For ongoing SEO, maintenance, or dedicated developer retainers, billing is done on a monthly basis. You may cancel these services with a 30-day prior written notice. However, payments made for the current billing cycle or past months will not be refunded.

3. Project Delays & Non-Communication

If a project is stalled for more than 45 days due to a lack of feedback, assets, or communication from the client's side, MSP Webcraft reserves the right to put the project on hold or terminate it. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

4. Dispute Resolution

We value long-term partnerships. If you are dissatisfied with our deliverables at any stage, we encourage you to discuss it with our project managers. We will make every reasonable effort to revise and align the deliverables with the agreed-upon project scope before any cancellation is considered.
